Our photography is original work. Please respect it — here's what you can and can't do, and how to ask.

Unless otherwise stated, the photographs on Heritage of Pakistan are the original work of our team or our contributors, and are protected by copyright. We share them freely to view and enjoy, but reuse is not automatically permitted.

What's allowed

  • Viewing, browsing and sharing links to pages on this site
  • Personal, non-commercial reference and study
  • Linking to a page rather than copying its images

What requires permission

  • Republishing or redistributing our photographs anywhere else
  • Any commercial use — print, products, advertising, paid media
  • Use in books, articles, presentations, apps or social media accounts
  • Editing, cropping or removing watermarks / credits
  • Training machine-learning or AI models on our imagery

Attribution

Where we grant permission, we ask for a clear credit to Heritage of Pakistan with a link back to heritageofpakistan.vercel.app, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

User-contributed photos

Some images are contributed by registered users and remain the property of their authors. Those are governed by our Terms of Service. If you are the rights-holder of an image and believe it has been used incorrectly, please contact us and we'll act promptly.
